Print or Web

1. Print

Because there seams to be no deadline, so if printed they will have time to get everyone the report, and they will have it in hand to read.

2.  Web

Because the artist just relocated and start up cost are so high. They can send them to all the agency's through the web, full color and wont cost.

3. Web.

Because the company can just e-mail the clients and let them know there are new software updates, and the link of where to go to download the software.

4. Web

On a secure site they can get all the information changes as fast as they happen, if they went print, they would constantly be mailing out information changes and that gets costly.

5. Web/Print

Depends on the copyright if the teacher can actually publish the booklets. If she has the copyright the web would be the cheapest, fastest way to get the booklets out. But for a book lots of people prefer paper.

6.  Print

Because you can print high quality collection of the artwork and can display or share with other artist.

1. search engine is an information retrieval system designed to help find information stored on a computer system. The search results are usually presented in a list and are commonly called hits. Search engines help to minimize the time required to find information and the amount of information which must be consulted, akin to other techniques for managing information overload.[citation needed]

The most public, visible form of a search engine is a Web search engine which searches for information on the World Wide Web.

2. a. Google

    b. Yahoo

    c. Ask.com
3.  A web directory or link directory is a directory on the World Wide Web. It specializes in linking to other web sites and categorizing those links.[1]
A web directory is not a search engine and does not display lists of web pages based on keywords; instead, it lists web sites by category and subcategory. Most web directory entries are also not found by web crawlers but by humans.[1] The categorization is usually based on the whole web site rather than one page or a set of keywords, and sites are often limited to inclusion in only a few categories. Web directories often allow site owners to submit their site for inclusion, and have editors review submissions for fitness.

The Frisbee was invented in 1957 by a Californian UFO enthusiast named Walter Frederick. But he didn’t call it a Frisbee. The Wham-O company bought his idea for a toy saucer, and later named it after a popular pie restaurant in Bridgeport, Connecticut. William Frisbie’s pies were very popular with kids who liked to throw the tins around after they ate the pie! Hence, the Frisbee

b. Ingredients

Common hot dog ingredients include:[20]
  • Meat trimmings and fat
  • Flavorings, such as salt, garlic, and paprika
  • Preservatives (cure) - typically sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite
Pork and beef are the traditional meats used in hot dogs. Less expensive hot dogs are often made from chicken or turkey, using low cost mechanically separated poultry. Hot dogs often have high sodium, fat and nitrite content, ingredients linked to health problems. Changes in meat technology and dietary preferences have led manufacturers to use turkey, chicken, vegetarian meat substitutes, and to lower the salt content.
If a manufacturer produces two types of hot dogs, "wieners" tend to contain pork and are blander, while "franks" tend to be all beef and more strongly seasoned.[citation needed

b.        The 1919 World Series resulted in the most famous scandal in baseball history. Eight players from the Chicago White Sox (later nicknamed the Black Sox) were accused of throwing the series against the Cincinnati Reds. Details of the scandal and the extent to which each man was involved have always been unclear. It was, however, front-page news across the country and, despite being acquitted of criminal charges, the players were banned from professional baseball for life. The eight men included the great "Shoeless" Joe Jackson; pitchers Eddie Cicotte and Claude "Lefty" Williams; infielders Buck Weaver, Arnold "Chick" Gandil, Fred McMullin, and Charles "Swede" Risberg; and outfielder Oscar "Happy" Felsch.

b.    A rainbow is composed of the entire spectrum of colors of visible light, from the longest wavelength, red, to the shortest wavelength, violet. The order of colors in a rainbow is easiest to remember by the following mnemonic (a formula that helps one remember something): ROY G. BIV. R=red, O=orange, Y=yellow, G=green, B=blue, I = indigo, and V=violet. Red is at the top edge of the rainbow and violet is at the bottom edge, with the other colors in between.

b.     The Eiffel Tower has been painted in a number of different colors throughout its history, but today, it is painted a color called “Eiffel Tower brown,” which turns out to be the color of milk chocolate, and it is used in three very slightly different shades at different elevations of the tower (higher elevations use a lighter shade), in order to accentuate the impression of height. The paint is synthetic, lead-free, and silicone-based, and the entire structure is repainted over a period of 6-7 years by several dozen fearless and highly acrobatic painters, by hand (no automated way of painting the tower has ever been satisfactory). The most recent repainting operation (the nineteenth) began in 2009 and required about two years.

Ethics

Question 1: A Question of Ethics
Given that the Web is an open forum for expression and that the Constitution of the United States guarantees freedom of speech, what, if any, restrictions should be placed on these Web Sites?

Comment 1: I don't fell the government has any rights to censor the Web. It is not there job! And if they did who would censor the censors? There is no way it would be fair to any person or business to have the government say what they can say and post on there own sites.  I do fell some censor-ship on Music, Videos, and Movies would help with the great loss they are encountering by bootleggers. Still how censor some sites and not others, will not work.

Question 2: Explain why the restrictions would or would not be justified, and who should make the decision as to which Web sites should be restricted.

Comment 2: I do feel sites that only children use and music, video, and movies sites should be protected. Again how can one branch of government find and protect these sites. On all else of the web. I feel if you don't like what you are seeing then CLOSE the tab. Alot of censor-ship on the Web is use your own discretion. Our  government has NO right messing with our freedom of speech! Journalist print what ever they want no matter who it hurts and we are doing nothing to make sure these stories are completely true so Why the Web? Why Now?

Question 3: Identify one URL utilized as a research source.

3. Don't know if they will get what they ordered

  • Identify what online businesses and credit card companies are doing and what could be done to encourage online shopping.
Most Businesses and credit card companies have secure sites to protect the user. They are also offering incentives like discounts, and free gifts to use there pay site,

  • Predict the future of e-commerce over the next five years, including what additional goods and services you would like to see available.
The E-commerce on the Net is gonna only get larger over the years to come. We are a lazy society and love convince of doing things quickly.

I would love to see more small local business getting there products out there for the world to see.
